Shipping policy

All orders over $150 will qualify for free shipping.

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your orders. A tracking number will be sent out within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. It is the receiver's responsibility to track the package once the package has shipped. We are not responsible for lost/missing packages. 

 

We currently ship to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, United Kingdom, and United States. Please note, taxes and duties are not included and it is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees separately if needed. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable.
