A GUIDE TO TAKING GOOD CARE OF YOUR CANDLE

Step1 - First Burn

We're sure you're excited to burn your new candle! To ensure the best performance and an even burn, please allow the entire wax surface to melt during your first burn. This may take 1-2 hours. By doing this, your candle will burn more evenly and last longer.

Step2 - After First Burn

For the best performance, burn your candle for 2-3 hours each time you light it. Trim the wick before each burn to prevent uneven burning. Also, be sure to keep your candle away from drafts or air currents, as these can decrease burn time, cause uneven burning, and reduce the amount of fragrance that is released.

Step3 - Extinguish Your Candle

To prevent smoking, always use a candle snuffer or wick dipper to extinguish the candle instead of blowing it out. This will also prevent hot wax from splattering. Never use water to put out the candle.

Step4 - Always Trim Your Wick

For a clean and smokeless burn, we recommend trimming your wick before each use. Trim it to 1/4 inch. If you don't have a wick trimmer, you can use nail clippers to trim your wood or cotton wick.

Step5 - Maintenance and Storage

For the best performance from your candle, keep the wax pool clear of wick trimmings, matches and other debris. Store your candles in a cool, dark and dry place and use the provided lid to protect them from dust and dirt when not in use. Also, avoid placing your candles in direct sunlight or areas with harsh indoor lighting.

Step6 - Safety

We want our customers to be safe and happy, we do not want you to get hurt. There are multiple safety rules to keep in mind:

1. Never leave a burning candle unattended or lit while sleeping.

2. Never touch or move a burning candle. Never move a candle container when the wax is liquified.
