What locations do you ship to?
We are located in Toronto and we will ship to anywhere within Canada, United States, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, UK, and Australia. The cost of shipping can be found during your checkout.
What kind of fragrances do you use in your candles?
We buy all our fragrances and essential oils from reputable stores in Canada. We make sure all fragrances and essential oils that we use meet the IFRA standard.
Are your candles made from natural sources?
We use 100% soy wax in our candles. Soy wax is non toxic making it better both for the environment and your health. Our fragrances and essential oils meet the IFRA standard so they are completely safe to burn as well.
Can I use your candles if I am allergic to scents?
We use a combination of fragrance oils and essential oils in our candles. If you are allergic to scents, we recommend you to consult a physician before purchasing.Please reach out to us at info@forestcandle.ca if you need any details regarding our fragrances and essential oils.

Are you candles pet-friendly?
Our candles are made of natural soy wax, and we use fragrance oil that meets the IFRA standards. You can learn more about IFRA here: https://ifrafragrance.org/about-ifra/ifra-code-of-practice
Soy wax candles burn cleaner than other candles like those made with paraffin wax. It produces very little airborne particulates which is very safe for pets.
However, every pet is different so we recommend you to consult with your vet.
