To ensure the best burning experience and longevity of your candle, it's important to follow these guidelines during the first burn:

• Allow the wax to reach a full melt pool during the first burn, this usually takes about 1-1.5 hours. This will prevent tunneling and ensure an even burn.
• In subsequent burns, make sure to pinch off the curled bits of the blackened wick, but not the entire blackened portion.
• If the flame appears dim and may go out, let the candle burn for an additional 20 minutes before blowing it out. If the low flame persists, wait for the wax to harden and then pinch off a bit more of the blackened wick.
• For optimal lighting, use a matchstick or grill lighter and hold it to the wick for around 5 seconds.
